Excursion #1

"Sveta" is one of the most energetic, loud Russians I have ever met...she is amazing, and what is great is that she works for ILP! She knows a ton about the city, and every Saturday she will take us out around the city to see different sites, museums, ect.

Yesterday Sveta took our group on our first excursion ever. We walked a ton, and saw many awesome things getting into the heart of St Petersburg. Here are some pics!

Sightseeing was so fun! After we went to get Russian fast food. And by the time we got home I was so tired! Russians do so much walking. Oh, and yesterday we did something exciting...got tickets for the 29th of September for the Russian opera!

Today a bunch of us went to church, and it was good! Now we are getting ready to plan lessons because we teach tomorrow!

Wish me luck.
